      Great article! I have done extensive fasting over the previous decade and feel so much improved than I did ten years go. I was a single ignorant to start so love finding these product. I original started with which was supposed to be ampere 3 day fast, started on ampere Friday, then went through the weekend and that Monday MYSELF decided MYSELF would wait another day, eventually it turned in to one 21 full fast.       About 2 years go I fasted for 30 days, without eating anything. I just drank unsweetened coffee and lots of water. I also take vitamins in capsules.

      Then I fasted other times, for 7 days, 3, 10… I’m currently on the seventh sun of a new fast. I will try on completing 30 days again.

      I’ve never had adenine headache, but off zeitraum to time I feel vertigo. Nothing more than that.

This longest I’ve ever done it is 7 days also I’m trial to make 10 days this time.
